General Dentist to join Smile Magic of San Juan, a solo-doctor, family-focused dental practice in San Juan, Texas.

What You'll Do- Provide comprehensivegeneral dentistry and family dental care.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
- Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
What We're Looking For- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.

- Year 2: $14,000 sign-on bonus.
Potential income: $247,500-$277,200 yearly.Production-based compensation with guaranteed base pay.- Up to 35% production.
