Dental Hygienist – Bright Now! Dental | Satellite Beach & Melbourne, FL

This unique opportunity allows you to split your time between our Satellite Beach and Melbourne practices, giving you the chance to build relationships with two supportive teams while delivering exceptional patient care in beautiful Florida's Space Coast. What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, preventive hygiene services, and patient education.
• Partner with dentists to create personalized treatment plans that improve long-term oral health.
• Identify opportunities for early intervention through thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging.
• Educate patients on preventive care, home care techniques, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following infection control and compliance standards.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience that keeps patients returning and referring family and friends.

What You'll Bring

• Current Florida Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• A passion for patient education and preventive dentistry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

What You’ll Do 

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification 

Compensation$45-$47 per hour About
