What will you do as Demand Leader at Sealed Air?The Demand Leader is responsible for leading the Demand Management process for the North America Food business, ensuring the development and continuous improvement of accurate demand forecasts that support operational execution, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. This role owns the monthly Demand Review process within Integrated Business Planning (IBP), drives forecast accuracy initiatives, partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, and leads the deployment of forecasting tools, processes, and best practices. The position plays a critical role in balancing customer demand with operational capabilities while improving forecast reliability and supporting business growth.
Why do we need you?- Lead the monthly Demand Review process and facilitate alignment on a rolling 36-month forecast.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts at profit center, product hierarchy, and SKU levels.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to incorporate market intelligence, promotional activities, and business assumptions into forecasts.
- Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and forecast bias.
- Establish and maintain forecasting metrics, root-cause analysis processes, and corrective action plans.
- Lead Demand Planner(s) in forecasting activities and demand planning execution.
- Own the forecasting system and support implementation of forecasting software enhancements or new platforms.
- Utilize statistical forecasting techniques to improve demand predictability and planning effectiveness.
- Develop forecasting approaches for new product introductions and promotional activities.
- Conduct scenario planning and demand simulations to support business decisions.
- Support supply-constrained environments by partnering with stakeholders to optimize demand allocation and service levels.
- Drive adoption of Class A Planning and Control standards and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes, tools, and governance.
What skills will help you succeed?- Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.

Pay Transparency- $93,100 - $160,655 annually
