As our Demand Gen Lead, you'll build Runlayer's paid acquisition engine from zero. We run no paid today (all inbound is organic), but we have the budget, the deal sizes, and the pipeline pressure to make paid a real channel. You'll own paid ads, landing pages, SEO/AEO, and growth experimentation.

What You'll Do- Build and run paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels
- Own landing page strategy and production for campaigns and paid traffic, including ABM
- Drive SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) as AI search becomes a core lead source
- Run growth experiments across channels to find what scales
- Own attribution, analytics, and pipeline reporting for marketing-sourced leads
- Partner with PMM on campaign messaging and with sales on lead quality and handoff
- Support field marketing with digital amplification (conferences, partner campaigns, events)
What We're Looking For- 5+ years in demand gen or growth marketing at B2B SaaS, infra, or developer tools companies
- Proven track record building paid acquisition programs from scratch, ideally for high-ACV enterprise sales
- Strong paid ads chops across Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Data-driven. Comfortable with attribution models, funnel analysis, and pipeline reporting.
- Landing page and conversion optimization experience
- Understanding of SEO and AEO; experience with tools like Profound is a plus
- Comfortable running experiments fast and killing what doesn't work
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with high-ACV, technical enterprise sales motions (six figure deals, long sales cycles)
