Demand & Content Marketing Lead | Responsable Marketing de la Demande et Contenu

Demand & Content Marketing Lead to build Sadie Concierge's marketing from the ground up. You'll be the hotel division's first marketing hire, reporting to the VP of Sales & Partnerships. You'll own the numbers that turn hotel attention into sales conversations, including MQLs, conversion rates, sequence performance, and pipeline contribution. You'll also write the content that moves those numbers. You'll work daily with Sales, and closely with Product, Customer Success, and our external PPC and SEO partners. The scope runs from HubSpot and outbound sequences to landing pages, case studies, and campaigns. You'll decide which channels get tested, which content gets made, and what gets cut. AI should be part of how you work. Use it to research, draft, analyze, and automate. You're responsible for the quality of the result. What we value • Comfort with numbers, and the discipline to check them before acting on them. • Writing that's clear, specific, and worth reading. • Owning outcomes and finishing work without being chased. • Understanding how the business makes money and caring about results. • Curiosity, and a willingness to drop an approach that isn't working. • The honesty to say when something isn't good enough, including your own work. What you'll do Build and run the demand engine You'll own MQL generation for the hotel division. You'll agree with Sales on what counts as a marketing-qualified lead, set targets, and report against them every week. When the number misses, you'll know why before anyone asks. Most of your week goes into running programs: outbound and nurture sequences in HubSpot, paid campaigns with our PPC partner, organic search with our SEO partner, email, and landing pages. You'll test several channels in parallel, compare cost per MQL and conversion to opportunity, and move effort toward what works. Write the content that converts You'll write landing pages, email sequences, sales collateral, blog posts, customer stories, case studies, and product announcements yourself. Every piece has a job in the funnel, whether that's ranking for a search term, booking a demo, or helping Sales close. You'll measure whether it does that job. You'll interview hotel customers and sit in on sales calls, so the content reflects how owners, GMs, and front-desk leads talk about missed calls, lost bookings, and upsells. When a piece underperforms, you'll rewrite it or retire it. Own HubSpot and marketing operations You'll own HubSpot end to end, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, routing to Sales, and reporting. You'll set lead scoring and handoff rules with the VP of Sales & Partnerships, then adjust them as you learn which signals predict a booked demo. You'll build the attribution view that shows which campaigns, channels, and content pieces contribute to pipeline, and keep the data clean enough for that view to be trusted. If a dashboard says something surprising, you'll investigate before you report it. What you'll bring • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, content marketing, or performance marketing. • You've owned an MQL or pipeline target and can walk us through the numbers behind it. • A portfolio of content you wrote yourself, such as landing pages, sequences, case studies, or articles, with results you can point to. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar platform, including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting. • You've built and run outbound or nurture sequences yourself. • You can build a report, read a funnel, and spot when a number is wrong. • Experience running campaigns across at least three channels, such as paid, email, organic, outbound, or events. • Experience working with external partners such as PPC or SEO agencies. • You use AI tools to move faster in research, writing, analysis, and automation, and you check what they produce. • You can work independently, turn a loose objective into a plan, and see it through. Useful experience • SEO content strategy • Outbound automation and data enrichment tools • Marketing attribution models • Hospitality technology, hotels, or travel • B2B SaaS or AI products • Video or design skills for campaign creative • Trade show and event marketing • Building a marketing function from scratch • An engineering, data, or other technical background #sadie
