Role description
- 12-15 years experience with design, describe, and manage the technical blueprint for a project to make sure it meets business goals, budget constraints, and scale requirements
• Translate Business Goals to Tech: They talk with non-technical stakeholders, clients, and product managers to understand business needs, then convert them into technical requirements and architecture documents.
• Design System Blueprints: They select the right software, hardware, databases, cloud services (such as AWS or Azure), and network integrations for a project.
• Oversee Implementation: While they rarely write all the code themselves, they guide development and engineering teams, review proposed solutions, and ensure best practices for security, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage Trade-offs & Risks: They evaluate project constraints, assess alternatives, mitigate technical debt, and ensure the system can scale for the future.
• Bridge Communication: They act as a translator and liaison between high-level executives, sales or account teams, and hands-on developers.
