  • Coordinate with Duck Creek and other vendors to escalate issues and dependencies.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with both onshore and offshore resources to ensure effective delivery of the project
  • Manage Project Risks, Issues and Dependencies: Work with stakeholders to ensure that risks are managed, dependencies are being met and issues are resolved
  • Monitoring: The Senior Delivery Manager should be monitoring and managing production support and issues and ensuring that they are being resolved in a timely fashion
  • Governance: Ensure that project management base principles are met, and Agile processes are being followed Vendor Management: Work with Duck Creek and/or other vendors to ensure coordination and escalation of issues and dependencies
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements
  • Proposals: Work with the sales team to create proposals and SOWs for the customer.
