Delivery Lead, Digital Products

This role works directly with product teams, development teams, data and analytics team, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive delivery of pricing and lending capabilities, digital customer experiences, and e-commerce initiatives. This is not a traditional project management role. The product teams this person partners with own their own backlogs, define their requirements, and ship in iterative cycles. The person in this role must be technically credible with product and development teams while translating progress into business language for executive stakeholders.
