Job Summary
The Delinea Admin will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Delinea solutions, with a focus on Delinea Secret Server. The role will be responsible for administration, configuration, troubleshooting, production support, policy management, password management, training, documentation, and continuous improvement of Delinea solutions. The position will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure secure, effective, and compliant use of Delinea products.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Delinea-related inquiries, issues, configuration, troubleshooting, and management.
• Provide expert guidance on Delinea products and develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and updates.
• Support the deployment and production operations of Delinea solutions.
• Configure and customize Delinea solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Perform account discovery scripting and manage password policies.
• Create and maintain security policies, policy templates, and password management configurations, including password complexity requirements.
• Monitor and manage the performance and security of Delinea installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Delinea products.
• Work with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate Delinea solutions.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and supporting materials for clients and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to ensure effective use of Delinea solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation covering processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve the performance, security, and management of Delinea solutions.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for product enhancements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and standards for Delinea product usage.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in IT security with a focus on Delinea products.
• 5+ years of experience with Delinea's product suite, specifically Delinea Secret Server.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL.
• Experience with account discovery scripting and password policy management.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing training materials and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working directly with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored Delinea solutions.
• Experience supporting production issues and Delinea deployments.
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and internal process development.
Certifications
• Delinea Administrator certification is preferred.
