In collaboration with the Senior Director, Revenue Management Systems and Inventory, the Decision Science Specialist contributes to the evolution, validation, and optimization of analytical models, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) solutions, and revenue management systems. The incumbent transforms data into actionable business recommendations that improve commercial performance and support strategic decision-making.
What You Will Accomplish
Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and optimization of revenue management systems, the PROS platform, and AI/ML solutions.
Validate, test, and evaluate statistical models, optimization algorithms, and analytical solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and business value.
Design and maintain KPIs, measurement frameworks, and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of models and analytical solutions.
Conduct statistical, quantitative, and exploratory analyses to identify performance drivers and recommend improvements.
Develop, automate, and maintain validation, monitoring, and diagnostic processes for analytical models.
Create dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data used across analytical models and solutions.

Experience developing, validating, and enhancing analytical models, AI/ML solutions, and business intelligence dashboards.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, autonomy, initiative, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Good understanding of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PROS, and revenue optimization concepts is an asset.
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated comfort with collaborative digital tools and AI solutions (e.g., Copilot). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Oral and written fluency in French and English*.
