The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager in Deals - Financial Due Diligence, Insurance Risk Management Services, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues, helping clients maximize value in their business transactions. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering diverse and inclusive teams that contribute to the firm's success.
In this role at PwC, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Responsibilities
- Leading financial due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures within the insurance sector
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
- Providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients to maximize transaction value
- Managing complex transactions and navigating client challenges with sound judgment
- Developing and coaching diverse teams to solve intricate problems and drive project success
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in client engagements
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback
- Directing teams through ambiguity and uncertainty while maintaining composure
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
