Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of test script creation and execution.
• Experience with integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and related transactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs).

Responsibilities

• Develop clear test scripts based on approved requirements.
• Prepare and validate test data, considering various scenarios.
• Execute integration, end-to-end, and regression tests, documenting results.
• Test various transactions including hires, job changes, and payroll inputs.
• Log defects with detailed documentation and retest fixes.
• Identify and escalate issues such as missing scenarios or data inconsistencies.
• Support business users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain test documentation.
