Job DescriptionThe Client is seeking an experienced Dayforce Consultant with expertise in EDI and file feed integrations to develop, configure, and support data exchanges between Dayforce HCM and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound Dayforce file feed integrations.
- Configure and support EDI integrations with benefits providers and external systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage secure file transfers using SFTP/FTP.
- Troubleshoot integration errors and support production issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and vendor teams.
- Perform integration testing and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills- Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of EDI and file feed integrations.
- Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces and data mapping.
- Knowledge of CSV, XML, fixed-width files, and SFTP/FTP.
- Experience in integration testing and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills- Benefits carrier integrations and EDI 834 enrollment files.
- SQL, APIs, and integration middleware.
- Dayforce integration certification.
