ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a talented Data Scientist to support mission-critical intelligence programs in a highly collaborative, classified environment. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making for government customers.
You'll leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation to solve challenging problems, while working with modern technologies including Tableau for data visualization and ServiceNow as the enterprise data platform. What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning solutions, and advanced analytics to support mission objectives.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable intelligence.
- Build and support data solutions that integrate with the ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, custom applications, and automated workflows.
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with government customers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate mission requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and classified data handling requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related technical discipline.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, including integrations, Performance Analytics, and/or custom application development.
- Ability to work full-time in a classified, on-site environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or Performance Analytics.
- Experience developing with JavaScript.
- Experience supporting intelligence community or Department of Defense customers.
Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
