Qualifications

• BA/BS in quantitative field (Math, Stats, Physics, Computer Science) with 2+ years experience, or PhD with 1+ years experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage large analytical projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with experimentation best practices (incrementality, cannibalization, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL for data analyses.
• Experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analyses to pinpoint problems and opportunities, design and execute experiments.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to inform experimentation design and enhance user engagement insights.
• Develop personalized segmentation strategies using propensity models for targeted offers.
• Identify trends and create automated reporting dashboards for tracking acquisition and engagement metrics.
• Extract insights from complex, multi-dimensional customer behavior datasets.
• Analyze and monitor experiments aimed at optimizing product experience and revenue.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas and their business implications to diverse teams.
