Position Title:Data Science Solutions Lead
Job Description:Data Science Solutions LeadLocation: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2505 N Hwy 360, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The
Data Science Solutions Lead is responsible for leading the design and development of analytic models, applications and supporting tools, which enable Data Scientists to create algorithms/models in a big data ecosystem.
How You Will Make an Impact: - Lead the design, implementation and delivery of an insights data pipeline supporting analytic products across the organization.
- Design and integrate data from different sources.
- Form analytics platform components and/or processing components required to provide a business solution.
- Engage with business stakeholders to design and own end-to-end solutions to empower data driven decision making.
- Leverage data, technology and quantitative methods to form products that inject analytics and insights into daily workflow of teams.
- Define application scope and objectives, including impact to interfaces.
- Ensure appropriate data testing is completed and meets test plan requirements.
- Coordinates integration actions to ensure successful implementation.
- Mentor Data Science Sol Consultants/Sr. Lead analytical projects and pilots for upgrades or enhancements.
- Analyze data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related.
- Five (5) years in any occupation with experience in predictive analytics, or related.
Experience Requirements:- Five (5) years in any occupation with experience in predicted analytics, or related must include:
- Three (3) years of experience with Hadoop Technologies;
- Three (3) years of Teradata experience and complex SQL;
- Three (3) years of experience with Python object-oriented programming, shell scripting;
- Three (3) years of experience with data warehouse technologies and relational databases;
- Three (3) years of experience defining project solution approach in a team environment using Agile methodologies;
- Two (2) years of experience with Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Elastic Kubernetes Service, Docker, Jenkins;
- Two (2) years of experience with Data Science modeling techniques; and
- Two (2) years of experience leveraging at least 4 of the following technologies: HDFS, Hive, Sqoop, MapReduce, Impala, Spark.
Alternate Education- Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related and
- Three (3) years in any occupation with experience in predictive analytics, or related. Must have skills listed above.
