Position Summary
At Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, our Data Onboarding Analysts play a vital role in helping clients unlock the full value of their data. In this highly collaborative and client-facing role, you will lead data onboarding initiatives for some of our most strategic clients, partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure data is delivered, validated, and integrated successfully.
As a Data Onboarding Analyst, you will serve as the central coordinator for data onboarding projects, guiding clients through requirements gathering, data acquisition, file specifications, onboarding timelines, and issue resolution. You'll work closely with teams across Data Management, Data Acquisition, Product, and Implementation to ensure projects stay on track, risks are proactively managed, and clients have a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities
›Lead the successful onboarding and implementation of assigned clients by coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project execution, managing risks, and ensuring a seamless client experience
›Work with a dedicated Data Management team, Product Team, Implementation Team, and Data Acquisition team to develop a detailed communications and project plan to monitor and track implementation progress
›Manage change control to existing project scope and project schedule and communicate appropriately to stakeholders
›Collaborate with the Data Acquisition Team to ensure inbound data files are being delivered within project timelines; and escalate issues & risks to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
›Monitor and communicate project milestones, status, and risk to the Director and Client as appropriate
›Create all project-related paperwork - including Implementation Agendas, Project Plans, and Status Reports - and distribute timely to the client and/or executive management team
›Serves as the dedicated point of contact for assigned high profile clients
›Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow streamlining
›Work with the Data Acquisition team to ensure Vendor Implementation tickets are created and monitored throughout the implementation; ticket categories include (but are not limited to) Legal Agreement execution, SFTP setup, file receipt/review, and distribution of file analysis
›Facilitate discussion regarding data structures, file specifications, and data requirements to ensure alignment with client and operational needs

Experience / Qualifications
›Proven success leading projects from planning through execution, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders
›Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
›Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and leadership
›Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
›Proven ability to build trust and establish strong partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
›Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies, business processes, and technical concepts, and applying them effectively
›An engaging, positive, and customer-focused approach that inspires confidence, fosters teamwork, and drives successful outcomes
›Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
›Prefer those with experience within healthcare, including Population Health Management, value-based care, or end-to-end medical claims operations
›Experience analyzing complex data and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations and strategic decisions is highly preferred
›Proven technology skills are preferred, especially supporting or implementing SaaS solutions in a client-facing environment and advanced Excel and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI, data transformation, ETL processes, and data quality analysis
›PMP, Six Sigma, or other recognized project management or process improvement certifications is preferred but not required for this position.
›Prior experience managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments
›To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $56,100.00 - $140,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
