Role Overview:This role is for a Technical Program Manager focused on Enterprise Transformation and Technology Modernization Programs, specifically managing Data Migration Projects from legacy systems to new applications and tools. The position requires a deep understanding of the entire data migration lifecycle, including planning, execution, validation, and compliance within highly audited environments.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage Data Migration Projects from legacy to new applications/tools.
- Understand and oversee all activities involved in Data Migrations.
- Implement and manage the Data Migration Step by Step process.
- Ensure Data Migration Validations and Testing are thoroughly conducted.
- Manage Compliance and Audit of Data Migrated data for internal and external audits.
- Define and ensure proper capture of evidences during migration processes.
- Apply expertise in technology and processes related to Data Migration.
- Drive technical debt reduction and system rationalization across complex, validated systems.
- Lead platform harmonization initiatives in highly audited environments.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to establish governance and lifecycle standards.
- Manage Technology Migrations without disrupting validated manufacturing or regulatory processes.
