Qualifications

• 7-10 years in data engineering or migration
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and SQL/Python
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Azure and AWS
• Solid understanding of data modeling and transformation patterns
• Experience in testing, validation, and reconciliation processes
• Proven ability to lead small teams or initiatives

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data migration pipelines and workflows
• Define data mappings, transformation logic, and validation rules
• Lead migration execution and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with Product QA and business teams
• Conduct data quality assessments and remediation
• Support cutover planning and execution
• Contribute to improving tools, frameworks, and processes
