Position Location: Washington, DCTelework/Work-from-Home Authorized: Yes About the Role: Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a highly experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to provide performance management support to enable data-driven analytical decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
- Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems including Shore Asset Management
- (SAM), FSMS, SharePoint, etc. to provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making.
- Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record.
- Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Experience Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of DHS or DoD experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of Data Analytics experience. This experience may overlap with DHS/DOD experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Education Requirements:
- BA or BS in Management, Engineering or Business
Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:PMP certification.
Other Required Skills & Abilities: - Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Security Clearance RequirementsUS Citizenship Requirements:This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
