Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in insurance data modernization or quality improvement projects
• 2-3 onsite projects related to migration or business intelligence as a data or business analyst
• Expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C), Life, and Annuities insurance domains
• Strong understanding of insurance data models
• Proficient in technologies for data cleansing, mastering, and improvement at the enterprise level
• Familiar with current technology trends in digital insurance and big data
• Strong presentation and communication skills
