Position ID:J1026-2645
Employment Type: Full Time
Position Description:
Join CGI as a Houston based Senior Consultant in Data & AI Strategy and Delivery and help clients translate complex business, data, and AI opportunities into clear strategies, executable plans, and successfully delivered solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, client focused, and delivery oriented professional who can bridge business needs, technical teams, and executive stakeholders across data, analytics, Generative AI, artificial intelligence, and broader business transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings excellent communication and presentation skills, strong functional consulting and delivery experience, technical fluency in data and AI, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from early stage discovery through implementation. This role is well suited for someone who can think strategically, communicate confidently with technical and executive audiences, and contribute directly to client engagements as a business analyst, project manager, program manager, product owner, functional consultant, or workstream lead.
In addition to Data & AI initiatives, this individual should be capable of supporting broader Business Consulting engagements, including operating model design, workforce assessments, organizational transformation, process improvement, capability assessments, and strategic planning. You will play an important role in supporting CGI's Data & AI and Business Consulting growth in the Houston market by helping shape client opportunities, lead workstreams, develop RFP responses, gather and translate requirements, define scope and delivery plans, and coordinate across business and technical teams. While hands on development experience is beneficial, this is primarily a functional, strategic, and client facing role rather than a software engineering or data science position.
