RoleAs a Customer Success Engineer, you will partner closely with our customers to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex robotic automation systems. You will contribute to high-impact initiatives across the North America region, from architecting technical solutions to delivering first-of-a-kind production deployments and managing long-term lifecycle success. By both enabling users to fully leverage Intrinsic's product suite and co-developing software features for our customers, you will accelerate the strategic adoption of next-generation industrial automation in diverse and challenging production environments.

- Conceptualize new industrial robotic automation solutions and scope the path to deliver them into production.
- Contribute to projects directly by designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software based on Intrinsic's product. Or enable our customers to progress them more independently, by guiding them to apply Intrinsic's product effectively.
- Ensure clarity and alignment around outcomes you own. Owning communication across internal and external stakeholders, with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Be a bridge to the wider Intrinsic team to shape our product roadmap and address customer feedback.
Skills you will need to be successful- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of delivering modern industrial automation solutions into production, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, debug issues and drive results.
- End-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to guide customers to scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in modern software development, specifically with C++ and/or Python in a professional environment.
- A passion for being part of a forward deployed team that, together with functions like BD and Product, engages closely with our users every day.
- Professional fluency in English and a willingness to frequently travel domestically to support customer engagements in the North America region.
Skills that will differentiate your candidacy- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: industrial robot programming (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, UR, ABB, Yaskawa), PLC programming (e.g., Beckhoff, Siemens), machine vision or industrial bus systems (especially EtherCAT), virtual commissioning and simulation.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems, including Kubernetes, gRPC, Protobuf, Bazel, and real-time architectures.
- Ability to build responsive, custom operator interfaces using modern web frameworks such as Angular.
- Familiarity writing code that leverages ROS (2), its major frameworks and Gazebo.
- Experience on multidisciplinary project teams to deploy robotic systems.
The base salary for this full-time position is between $132,000 - $180,400 (USD) + 15% bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
