Introduction:
As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in empowering our existing clients to maximize the value of our Agile Insights Platform. In this role, you will ensure clients fully utilize their purchased subscriptions, onboard new stakeholders, and drive adoption of our latest features and releases. Working alongside our Client Development team, who own the commercial relationship, you will help our clients succeed and answer their research needs with the software they already own.

What you will be doing:
Drive Product Adoption: Ensure clients run and utilize their purchased solutions (such as BBHT, Category Twins, or advanced quantitative studies) and proactively resolve or escalate adoption bottlenecks.
Enable Features & Releases: Bring subscription-included features to the accounts that need them, including quinn Search across past research, norms, heat maps, DIQ, Email Invite Module, Typing Tools, and API connections.
Onboard Stakeholders: Guide new client leads and team members from foundational Academy training to independently building and running their own research projects in the platform.
Track Account Health & Usage: Monitor usage metrics across your book of business to ensure clients steady their platform consumption and intervene before low usage impacts renewal.
Manage Pre- to Post-Sale Handovers: Join late-stage sales cycles to ensure a seamless transition so new clients build on what they were sold from day one.
Voice of Customer to Product: Provide direct adoption feedback to our Product team, taking ownership of tracking feature uptake and identifying adoption barriers.
Identify Expansion Handoffs: Recognize when clients need additional products, hand contextualized opportunities to pre-sales, and ensure post-sale adoption.
Who you are:
You listen for the need behind a client's question and know exactly which platform capability answers it.
You proactively analyze usage data to reach out before issues arise, driving value before a request is even made.
You can confidently guide a new user from an empty project to an active study and explain methods like MaxDiff or Mental Availability in the terms of the client's category.
You have experience in market research, consumer insights, or a client-facing role at a research SaaS company, including hands-on survey design and analysis.
You bring working knowledge of quantitative methods (such as Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, and segmentation) as well as familiarity with brand tracking.
You have a proven track record of running client training, onboarding sessions, and enablement programs.
You collaborate seamlessly with Client Development teams without crossing commercial boundaries.
You are US-based and available to work US business hours.
