The role. We're hiring a Program Manager to own complex customer commitments from award through delivery. You will connect the commercial promise to material, capacity, quality, schedule, documentation, and communication so important programs stay predictable as conditions change.

- Translate customer requirements into clear internal execution plans
- Coordinate sales, supply chain, production, quality, shipping, and finance
- Run regular internal and customer program reviews
- Track material, capacity, documentation, delivery, and change requirements

- Manage scope or schedule changes and preserve decision history
- Keep forecasts, system records, and customer commitments aligned
- Lead recovery plans when performance misses the target
- Capture lessons and improve how future programs launch
You are:- Exceptionally organized without losing sight of the commercial outcome
- Clear and steady with customers and internal teams under pressure
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and asking for evidence
- Strong at turning ambiguity into owners and next actions
- Technically curious and able to learn material and manufacturing requirements
- Able to manage multiple programs without hiding behind meetings
- Accountable for communication, follow-through, and results
Nice to have:- Program management experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, metals, or industrial distribution
- Experience with long-term agreements, qualification requirements, or production launches
- Familiarity with material certifications, quality systems, purchase orders, or change control
