SUMMARYJoin Quorso at a pivotal moment in our growth. We're helping some of the world's most respected retailers transform the way they run their stores, making operations more data-led, agile and impactful. Using Quorso's intelligent management platform, you'll help turn vast amounts of retail data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions from store level to the C-suite.
ABOUT THE ROLEThis role sits at the heart of Quorso's customer relationships. Your portfolio will be across large enterprise retail customers. This isn't a support role. You'll be the person clients rely on: the one who keeps things moving and spots risks before they escalate. If you want to grow fast and own something meaningful, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own your accounts end to end: run weekly working sessions, manage the client relationship, and make day-to-day decisions with real autonomy
- Build trusted relationships across each client organization, from day-to-day users to senior decision-makers, so daily work ladders up to their strategic goals
- Prepare and lead client meetings: own the agenda, drive the conversation, and leave every session with clear next steps and owners
- Lead strategic planning sessions and QBRs
- Run projects across your accounts: plan the work, coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, and keep delivery on time and in scope
- Partner with the Implementation Manager to keep builds on track, acting as the link between what the client needs and what gets delivered
- Track account health across your portfolio, spot risks early, and bring a point of view on how to solve them
- Own the operational side of account management (support tickets, bug triage and routine requests) so nothing falls through the cracks
- Look for better ways of working, with clients and inside Quorso, and test new ideas
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- Enterprise account experience: 4+ years managing relationships with large enterprise customers
- Strong project management: ability to run several projects at once, coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and keep delivery on track
- Stakeholder management: you're comfortable working across complex client organizations, aligning people with different priorities and keeping senior stakeholders informed
- Ownership: a track record of driving initiatives to measurable outcomes without waiting to be asked
- Clear, confident communication: you run a good meeting and earn clients' trust on your own
NICE TO HAVE- Renewals experience: you've owned or supported renewal conversations with enterprise customers
- Reporting and business cases: you're comfortable with data, can build clear reports, and can turn account metrics into a business case a client's leadership will act on
- Retail operations background: hands-on experience in store operations or distribution centers, so you understand how retail teams work, the pressures they face, and how to speak their language
Don't check every box? If you're excited about the role and bring most of this, we'd still like to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK- We're drivers: everyone here owns outcomes and moves the dial for our customers and the business
- We stay curious: we ask questions, test ideas and keep innovating; what worked last year is the starting point, not the ceiling
- We set high expectations, and back people to meet them: high standards come with honest feedback, real support and room to grow
