About the RoleOwn relationship-driven growth of the Omada customer base. Your job is to turn first-time and low-frequency buyers, especially small regional installers, into loyal, repeat customers by understanding their needs and deepening their relationship with OMADA STORE over time.
What You'll Own- Segment and profile the growing OMADA STORE subscriber base (for example home users, installers, MSPs, and small business owners) using lightweight research such as survey campaigns, to identify high-value and high-potential accounts
- Proactively engage high-potential accounts through personalized outreach (email and, where valuable, virtual or in-person meetups) to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build the relationship
- Nurture new and low-frequency accounts toward their first purchase and toward repeat purchase, shortening the path from early interest to loyal customer
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to feed customer insight back into OMADA STORE's offers, content, and experience, so the store delivers more value to target segments
- Own and grow revenue within your target cohort, supported by leading indicators such as qualified high-value accounts, quality conversations, cohort repeat and activation rates, and in-account AOV expansion
- (Potential) Host periodic live product and deployment sessions on OMADA STORE to add value for the installer and SMB audience
