Ensures the profitable sales growth of assigned major chain account(s) at field level. This position is also responsible for the communication of customer plans and results; both internal and external. Oversees Customer field level penetration/selling.
Key Job Responsibilities Externally:- Establish trusted partnership with key decision makers across appropriate functional groups at all customers to the advancement of BBU Brands Share Growth.
- Identify opportunities for growth via internal and external data and partner with customers to develop action plans.
- Time in market cultivating Mid-Level Relationships with store operations to Grow BBU Brand Share.
- Share category consumer insights with key decision makers at all customers to the advancement of BBU Brands.
- Execute programming communication with key decision makers of all customers.
- Secure display authorizations and drive secondary display support for new product launches, sales initiatives, seasonal programs, and other key promotional activities to maximize visibility and market impact.
- Maintain and regularly update market intelligence on key competitors, analyzing their activities and assessing the impact on BBU categories across individual markets.
- Leverage market relationships to stay informed on the customer's competitive landscape, including trends and developments across both total box and e-commerce channels.
Key Job Responsibilities Internally:- Partner with Sales Planning, Category Management, and Consumer Insights teams to develop plans that drive Volume, Sales, Profit and Share for BBU Brands.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Order Forecasting, and Logistics Teams to ensure executional excellence for BBU Brands.
- Develop & publish regular score card for execution.
- Learn and educate BBU DSD teams specific to continuing advancement of various e-commerce programs.

Education and Work History: - Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business-related field required.
- Ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of consumer product account experience in small format channel.
- Direct customer leadership experience.
- Requires excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required, as well as high proficiency with Margin Minder.
- Travel is required: >50 %.
