The IT Project Manager for CDP Work Stream Optimization will lead our FY18 application efforts to drive initiatives across several primary CDP Tracks.
Notably: (1) BI and reporting, (2) Data management initiatives related to our key marketing database sources, and (3) initiatives related to our Ad tech data management Platform (Salesforce DMP). Experience in personalization marketing is a plus.
Optimizing consumer journeys to yield more effective marketing spend as well as driving revenue via improved acquisition and retention insights. The Role is also expected to interface with PM roles between eCommerce, IoT, and CRM to ensure we are coordinating shared resources across initiatives.
Scope of efforts to include:
- Adding new Marketing channel data and other digital feedback loop data to the core CDP platform
- Extending consumer interaction/channel engagement, including Salesforce DMP, with campaign orchestrations via RedPoint.
- Extending analytical insights through new BI capabilities via Enterprise Data Mart(s).
