Job DescriptionFounding Robotics & Physical AI EngineerWipro Innovation Network (WIN) Labs | Mountain View, CAJoin WIN Labs' new Physical AI Lab and help build intelligent robotic systems that perceive, reason, and act in the real world. You'll work on Sim2Real learning, agentic AI, autonomous manipulation, multi-robot systems, and robotics foundation models while collaborating closely with our Bengaluru Robotics & Embodied AI team.
Key Technologies:ROS 2, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Agentic AI, Vision-Language-Action Models, Open-RMF, PyTorch, Docker, FastAPI, NVIDIA Omniverse, Sim2Real, AMRs, Humanoids, Mobile Manipulators, Quadrupeds.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy Sim2Real solutions on real robotic platforms.
- Develop ROS 2-based perception, planning, and control systems.
- Build agentic and multi-robot autonomy solutions.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, cloud services, and robotics platforms.
- Create customer demos and validate new robotics concepts.
- Collaborate with global robotics teams and support lab growth.
- Represent WIN Labs at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of robotics software engineering experience.
- Strong Python and C++ programming skills.
- Expertise in ROS/ROS 2 and robotics simulation tools (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
- Experience delivering robotics or autonomy solutions beyond research prototypes.
- Knowledge of Sim2Real, machine learning, and AI-powered robotic systems.
- Experience with Docker, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
Preferred:- Multi-robot systems, Open-RMF, fleet management, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with humanoids, robotic arms, AMRs, drones, or mobile manipulators.
- NVIDIA robotics ecosystem experience.
- SLAM, perception, computer vision, sensor fusion, or cloud-scale simulation.
- Publications, patents, open-source contributions, or robotics competition achievements.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
