Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during cardiac surgeries
Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams to ensure patient safety
Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
Participate in patient assessments and evaluations pre- and post-operation
Provide educational support to patients and their families regarding anesthesia
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
