Responsibilities
Manage and provide care to critically ill or injured patients in a mobile environment, one patient at a time
Function as a leader and mentor to a team of specialty trained CCT EMTs
Communicate and consult with primary medical providers, families, and patients to establish care plans based on best practices
Utilize innovative protocols and advanced equipment for patient care during transport
Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Description
*If you have: two years of ER, ICU, or prior Critical Care Transport (CCT)/ Flight (EMT-P or RN) experience and are excited to learn something new daily, we would love to chat!*
With our CCT-RN Academy, you will be prepared to safely monitor and care for critically ill and injured patients during inter-facility ground transports utilizing our:
Innovative protocols
Tempus Pro with virtual monitoring and full invasive capabilities
High Flow Nasal Cannula
LTV Ventilators and more.
Schedule Highlights:• Full-time position averaging 76 hours per pay period• Day shift schedule• Predictable rotation: 5 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off• Only one weekend required per two-week pay period• Assigned between Concord and Marin stations• Extended weekend time off built into the rotation Benefits:

Salary up to $214,500 a year based on your unique experience and FT, PT, or PRN status
