Job Description:

As a Management Consultant Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to help organizations solve their most complex business challenges through strategy, transformation, and execution.

Credera will provide you with the tools, mentorship, and training to jumpstart your consulting career. After completing training, you'll quickly join project teams and contribute to client engagements. You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries, clients, and business challenges while building a well-rounded consulting foundation before developing specialized expertise.

What You'll Do

Depending on your client engagement and project, your responsibilities may include:
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Supporting business transformation initiatives
  • Developing recommendations to solve client challenges
  • Gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing business data
  • Supporting project planning, execution, and risk management
  • Capturing business requirements and documenting key decisions
  • Facilitating meetings and collaborative working sessions
  • Creating presentations, reports, and client-facing deliverables
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to project teams and client stakeholders
  • Translating complex information into actionable business solutions

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience applicable to consulting

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location
  • Willingness to travel based on project assignments

$80,000 - $85,000 USD

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
