JOB OVERVIEWWe're seeking a dynamic creative leader to head Billion Dollar Boy's US creative department as a 7-8 month maternity cover for our SVP, Creative. You'll champion and guide our creative talent to drive next-level, creator-fluent, social-first strategy and execution.
You'll steer the development of breakthrough solutions to client challenges, using human truths to influence audience behavior. We believe true social-first impact requires a creator-first approach - building genuine connections between brands and communities, and our work reflects it.
We're looking for someone obsessed with creators and the value they bring to brands. Someone who encourages playfulness and fuels incredible creativity, while relentlessly solving problems - the ones we bring you and the ones you uncover yourself. Someone unsettled, in constant pursuit of better. Because what's been done before isn't best practice. It's best so far.
You'll manage several team members across multiple concurrent projects, advocate for creative excellence across the agency, and inspire clients to embrace ambitious, transformative social work. You'll raise the bar on quality by bringing fresh approaches to brainstorms, sharpening cross-functional collaboration and elevating our pitches.
This role goes beyond holding down the fort. Hit the ground running, sustain our momentum, and elevate both the team and the work throughout your tenure.
