Full Job Description
RevOps Solutions Architect (Quote-to-Cash)

About the job

As a CPQ Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you'll collaborate with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to design and deliver quote-to-cash (Q2C) solutions across Salesforce and adjacent CPQ/Billing platforms (e.g., Nue.io, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or comparable tools). You will act as a subject matter expert across quoting, pricing, discounting, approvals, product modeling, subscriptions, amendments/renewals, order management, and downstream integrations to CLM, Billing, and Finance. You lead through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends, including where generative AI can accelerate or improve general operations and go-to-market motions.

On a given day, a CPQ Solutions Architect will spend time:
  • Leading discovery on selling motions, pricing strategies, and approval policies, then translating them into a scalable CPQ data model, owning that conversation directly with client stakeholders, including executives.
  • Designing end-to-end Q2C architectures spanning Lead to Opportunity to Quote/Proposal to Contract to Order to Invoice to Revenue, including integrations to CLM, e-signature, billing, and ERP, and advising clients on when to buy an existing tool versus build a custom solution.
  • Identifying where AI and agents create real leverage inside Q2C, quote generation, approval routing, contract review, then building those workflows, always weighing where AI should own the process versus where a person needs to stay involved, and mindful of data governance and compliance.
  • Modeling products and pricing (bundles, options, attributes, rules, price books, multi-currency, partner pricing) and defining solution patterns for complex use cases like ramp deals, usage/consumption, prorations, amendments, and renewals.
  • Diagnosing where Q2C systems are broken or fragmented, duplicate product or pricing sources of truth, manual approval workarounds, data that doesn't reconcile between CPQ and Billing or ERP, and owning the fix from root cause through to a shipped solution, not just flagging the gap.
  • Authoring technical design docs and scoping and estimating CPQ workstreams and migrations, presenting them to client stakeholders in a way that builds trust and drives alignment, and calling out risks and dependencies early.
  • Guiding implementation by partnering with developers and administrators on configuration standards, code review, data migration, and test plans, and setting governance for CPQ and Billing so clients are enabled with clear playbooks and runbooks.
  • Mentoring teammates with ad hoc coaching on CPQ concepts and platform releases, and championing a diligent, no corners cut delivery through strong enablement and rollout.

What's in it for you?
  • Flexible working environment: our entire team works remotely, and we have no plans to change this!
  • Tiered incentive program (in addition to base salary) to reward high performers.
  • Exposure to several high-growth companies investing in quote-to-cash transformation.
  • Collaborate with top industry professionals. Many alumni have gone on to become leaders and executives at high-growth companies!
  • Annual camp: a yearly offsite to bring the team together, celebrate our successes, and plan the year.
  • Dedicated employee development and career paths aimed at fostering your growth and your career.
  • 100% paid premiums for US employees' insurance coverage.

About you
  • 8+ years designing and implementing RevOps and/or Q2C solutions, partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and IT to uncover requirements, diagnose gaps and pains, and translate them into scalable technical designs, including advising clients on when to buy versus build.
  • Deep CPQ expertise with Salesforce and at least one modern CPQ/Billing platform, having a strong preference for Nue.io, with other considerations being Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/Billing, DealHub, able to articulate when to configure versus customize, with Salesforce platform breadth across core objects, Flow, Platform Events, and Apex/Lightning best practices.
  • A track record of diagnosing fragmented or broken Q2C systems, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, data that doesn't reconcile, and owning the fix through to a shipped solution, paired with a genuine point of view on where AI and agents should own part of that process versus where a person needs to stay in the loop, mindful of data governance, PII, and compliance boundaries.
  • Proven product and pricing modeling skills, bundles/options, configuration rules, advanced pricing, multi-currency, tax, and channel/partner scenarios, along with lifecycle mastery of subscriptions: amendments, co-terming, renewals, and ARR/RevRec implications in partnership with Finance.
  • Hands-on integration experience across CLM, e-signature, billing, payment gateways, data warehouses, and ERPs, including API patterns and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato), data and migration chops, and broad, practical knowledge of the wider RevOps and revenue tech ecosystem with a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new platforms.
  • Agile delivery, backlog shaping, story writing, acceptance criteria, and iterative release planning, paired with the ability to author clear technical design docs and scope and estimate complex workstreams.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, mentoring others through ad hoc coaching, and comfortable in front of executive stakeholders as easily as in a technical working session.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Application or System Architect certification, CPQ/Billing vendor certifications (e.g., Nue.io, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/Billing, Conga), or experience with consumption/usage-based pricing or marketplace monetization.
