Job Description and Responsibilities:

Counsel or Partner to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in either the Philadelphia office or the New York City office. Excellent opportunity for a seasoned real estate attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience handling the complete life cycle of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

This position offers substantial client interaction and significant responsibility managing deals, including:
• Drafting and negotiating loan documentation and intercreditor agreements
• Conducting due diligence for acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans
• Managing commercial real estate acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating agreements of sale for commercial real estate transactions
• Advising clients throughout all phases of complex real estate finance transactions

Requirements
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and/or Admission to the New York Bar
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
