About the job Counsel/Junior Partner
A growing Mid-Atlantic law firm is seeking a
Counsel or Junior Partner-level Commercial Litigator to join its litigation practice. This role is ideal for a
sophisticated litigator with a partial book of business (approximately $300K) who is looking for a
platform that supplements workflow, provides leverage, and supports long-term growth.
The firm has a steady pipeline of commercial litigation matters and is prepared to
meaningfully supplement the right attorneys' practice with existing work.
Duties- Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters
- Take over and oversee matters handled by associates
- Serve as strategic advisor to clients throughout all phases of litigation
- Collaborate with partners on case strategy and firm growth
- Continue to develop and expand client relationships at a sustainable pace

Ideal Background- 10+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
