Key Responsibilities:- Develop repair and replacement cost estimates.
- Conduct lifecycle cost analyses.
- Support budget planning and forecasting.
- Prepare cost reports and supporting documentation.
- Support procurement planning efforts.
- Assist with vendor evaluations and acquisition planning.
Notice $100,000-$125,000 Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications:- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of facilities cost estimating experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Cost Professional (CCP).
- RSMeans experience.
- Federal construction estimating experience.
