Full Job Description
THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
A global specialty chemical company with operations and customers worldwide
You`ll sit in the company`s Americas regional headquarters in Charlotte and support multiple plants and warehouses across the region
You`ll report directly to the Finance Manager over Sales and Operations

Why now: this is an immediate need tied to the company`s focus on growth, scalability, and profitability across its manufacturing footprint

Direct visibility with finance and plant leadership on cost, margin, and profitability decisions
Real influence on standard costs, budgets, and forecasts across multiple sites
