If you join Cummins' Corporate Strategy team, you will be at the forefront of Cummins' transition to a clean energy future. As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will work directly with senior leaders to develop recommendations for Cummins' most pressing strategic priorities. You will have ownership initially over an individual workstream and eventually over entire projects with multiple opportunities to directly present your recommendations to Cummins leaders. Previous interns have evaluated growth opportunities in the clean energy space, assessed M&A options, developed supply chain risk mitigation strategies, and so much more.
This is an exciting opportunity in Columbus, Indiana or Indianapolis, Indiana for a Corporate Strategy Manager. The role is hybrid, by which we mean that managers are expected to be present in both locations periodically for stakeholder and team engagement, and work from home is also possible. Interns are expected to be in an office location 3 days/week.

U.S. Early Careers Eligibility Requirements:Summer Intern: Students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. college or university, actively pursuing a degree (Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, MBA, or JD), with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Candidates must currently reside within the continental United States. Students are expected to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks.
International Student Eligibility (U.S. based roles): F-1 visa students must have approved Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Occupational Practical Training (OPT) before their Early Career assignment begin. CPT/OPT must relate to their degree and be authorized by their university. Students are responsible for securing this approval through their school's international office.
