Position Summary
Two Sigma's Corporate Transformation team conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses and manages high-impact projects to bring business initiatives with levels of complexity and cross-functional collaboration to fruition. The team supports the COO and the broader Corporate organization on its strategic priorities, as well as works with the rest of the business to drive forward firmwide priority initiatives. You will take on the following responsibilities:
Conceptual and analytical problem solving - framing and analyzing ideas and initiatives, developing and delivering recommendations, completing agreed-upon priorities
Project management - managing collaborators with diverse agendas, driving meetings and decisions, advancing issues, communicating across working teams and upwards to management
Leading both strategic and operational projects to meet business priorities and needs
Acting as a representative of and liaison for Corporate on behalf of company-wide and/or cross-functional initiatives
You must possess the following qualifications:
4+ years of experience in management consulting or similar business strategy / operations roles ideally in financial services, asset management or technology companies

Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization

The base pay for this role will be between $150,000 and $225,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
