GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Corporate Revenue Manager will work with the Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Director of Revenue Management to provide analysis and support functions for revenue management responsibilities for the Wincome hotel portfolio. The associate will assist revenue management leadership by providing support with reporting requirements, forecasts, rate adjustments, rate offer creation, system maintenance. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Position will also have managerial responsibilities to corporate staff. Must be proficient in Marriott Revenue Management Systems, Amadeus I-hotelier products, Opera PMS and Ideas G3 RMS.
WORK REQUIREMENTS Duties and Responsibilities: - Supporting hotel's revenue management yield efforts, via analysis and reporting, that ensure that all segments and distribution channels are mined for revenue opportunities based on budget, forecast, pace and market demand.
- Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all internal and external systems/sites including brand systems and external websites. Troubleshooting issues with support partners.
- Support Revenue Management leadership in compiling and communicating all documents, reports and presentations required by ownership and hotel.
- Collaborating with the sales, marketing and revenue strategy leaders to ensure revenue capture efforts are streamlined.
- Responsible for implementation of revenue management policies and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation and execution of hotel sales strategy, pricing recommendations and inventory management across all channels.
- Analyze the dynamics of the local market events providing feedback on opportunities and updating revenue tools/systems as necessary.
- Complete rate loading/mapping as necessary and ensure BRG compliance with Marriot brand standards.
- Monitor wholesale pickup and send stop sells to clients or update availability on partner portals. Support reservations staff with bookings over stop sold dates.
- Monitor availability and ensure strategies are executed to maximize room type efficiency.
- Assist in preparing short and long-term forecasts.
- Maintains knowledge of all room rate offerings such as discounts and packages that the hotel offers. Communicate new rooms offers and packages to property teams.
- Attends all scheduled meetings and training and contributes actively with proper preparation.
- Strong ability to multi-task when needed as well as efficiency in the operating of multiple computer programs at a given time.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Must be able to understand and evaluate complex data sets from various sources to provide a detailed analysis of performance and trends.
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Bring to the attention to the property team when the hotel availability status needs to be changed and prepare for necessary action. Follow up on OOO rooms over high occupancy dates.
- Prepare reports and the revenue packet for Weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings and help lead meetings.
- Upload hotel data to BudgeTools and M3 Insight for hotel forecasting.
- Ensure hotel strategies confirm to brands philosophies and initiatives.
- Follow up with group sales team on room block pickup.
- Review reservation booked and arrival reports daily.
- Provide managerial support to the corporate reservations staff in collaboration with the Corporate Reservations Manager.
- Provide sales training support to the corporate reservations staff as needed to improve revenue capture.
- Review no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel's policy.
- In general, performing any other duties might requested by revenue management leadership.
- Complete daily pickup reports and track production from Opera, Ideas, and MINT.
- Submit STR Report data weekly.
- Assist in budget process and help provide support analysis on monthly P&L's.
- Monitor Group Blocks and Group Projections in CITY for accuracy. Report errors to sales and events team.
- Work with Front Desk team to push for perfect sells when applicable and increasing ancillary revenues.
- Assist with other projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Experience and Education: - Minimum of two years' hotel experience preferred and one year of Revenue Management experience.
- Marriott One Yield Certified required. Ideas G3 RMS, Amadeus Products and Opera PMS experience strongly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in high pressure and high-stress environment.
- Superior time management skills.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in the English language, both written and verbally.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality or other business-related degree preferred.
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours and schedules.
Physical Requirements: - Regular travel between the corporate office and various hotel properties will be required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to walk, stand and sit as required throughout the day.
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
