Ballard Spahr LLP, which combined with Lane Powell PC in 2025, is seeking one (1) junior corporate associate (2 - 4 years relevant experience) and one (1) mid-level corporate associate (4 - 6 years relevant experience) to join its busy and growing corporate practice in its Seattle office. Qualified candidates will have experience in corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and other commercial work. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills.
An active bar license in Washington is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salaries for these positions range from $220,000 - $305,000, which reflects the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as a candidate's experience and qualifications.
In addition to the salary for these positions, successful candidates may also be eligible for awards from an incentive bonus and/or a profit-sharing program.
