The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe, supporting matters that often have multi-jurisdictional implications. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of legal issues and the opportunity to build expertise while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a dynamic global environment.

We're looking for someone who is:
  • A strategic thinker who can balance legal risk with business objectives
  • An effective communicator with strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused, with the ability to influence across teams
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, practical, and solution-oriented
  • Committed to delivering high-quality legal guidance with sound judgment

Enterprise offers an excellent benefits package with market-competitive pay, comprehensive healthcare packages, 401k matching & profit sharing, schedule flexibility, paid time off, and organizational growth potential.

This position is located at our Global Headquarters (600 Corporate Park Drive, Clayton, MO 63105), with an in-office schedule.

  • Develop and execute litigation and dispute-resolution strategies in collaboration with outside counsel and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Identify emerging legal and regulatory risks and advise leadership on proactive measures to mitigate exposure and strengthen compliance.
  • Support organization-wide initiatives through legal analysis, training, policy development, and implementation of best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel and other service providers, overseeing performance, legal spend, and successful outcomes.
  • Exercise sound legal and business judgment in evaluating risks, protecting company interests, and supporting long-term organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Admission to at least one state Bar in the United States
  • Seven plus (7+) years of legal experience in a business law firm or in a corporate law department with a proven record of professional excellence and achievement
  • Demonstrated success managing complex commercial and consumer litigation, regulatory investigations, class action, multi-district, and other high-risk matters
  • Proven ability to develop litigation strategy, work effectively with outside counsel, assess legal risk, and achieve favorable business outcomes
