Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic
Corporate Compliance Manager to lead, oversee, and manage the comprehensive corporate compliance program for Reliance Community Care Partners (RelianceCCP) and Trillium Living. In this role, you will ensure our organization, subsidiaries, and staff adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while championing a culture of compliance and positive collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions- Program Oversight: Develop, manage, and oversee the Corporate Compliance Program for RelianceCCP and Trillium Living.
- Regulatory & HIPAA Compliance: Ensure full alignment with the Michigan Office of Inspector General requirements. Manage HIPAA privacy standards across Trillium Living subsidiaries, leading investigations into potential breaches and reporting to the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) as required.
- Auditing & Reporting: Conduct annual corporate compliance audits across subsidiaries and administrative departments. Present updates to the President/CEO and deliver the corporate compliance annual report to the Governance and Compliance Board Committee.
- Training & Education: Design and deliver introductory and annual corporate compliance training for all RelianceCCP staff.
- Collaboration & Advocacy: Work closely with the Leadership Team to research, implement, and evaluate the compliance program. Represent RelianceCCP at local, state, and national compliance meetings.
- Team & Culture Leadership: Foster a positive work environment and strong team morale. Facilitate problem-solving and promote clear, open staff communication.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW or LLMSW), or bachelor's degree in health or business and a certification in corporate compliance.
- 2-5+ years of experience in corporate or healthcare compliance
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards, healthcare regulations, and Office of Inspector General (OIG) guidelines.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and auditing skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report directly to executive leadership and board committees.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is a plus.
