Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join our Corporate Department. For a client-service oriented individual seeking to take a lead role in sophisticated corporate transactions, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing practice in a collaborative, collegial, and inclusive environment.
Candidates with the below experience and credentials are encouraged to apply:
- 3-5 years of experience working on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and similar transactions;
- Demonstrated success leading deals through closing, including drafting primary transaction agreements and negotiating with opposing counsel;
- Experience advising public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance, is a plus;
- A law degree and active bar admission are required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $245,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
