This is a high-impact portfolio with varied talent markets, senior stakeholders, and roles where the quality of each hire can influence how Stripe operates and grows. You will own full-cycle recruiting, advise leaders on hiring strategy and market conditions, and build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, define hiring plans, and develop recruiting strategies that support headcount goals.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Advise hiring teams on talent-market conditions, candidate availability, competitive dynamics, and hiring approaches for specialized and senior roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build broad, qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, timely candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Use recruiting data to track progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear updates to business leaders.
  • Improve recruiting processes where needed, testing practical changes that help hiring teams move with clarity and consistency.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal, to support a smooth offer and onboarding experience.
  • Uphold structured, competency-based hiring practices and help hiring teams assess candidates against the requirements of each role.

  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging candidates for specialized or senior roles.
  • Ability to use recruiting data to identify trends, communicate progress, and improve recruiting outcomes.
