Depending on the account, you may also work with HEOR/RWE data and clinical evidence to support the broader value story.

You'll own copy from initial concept and manuscript development through client presentation, revision, and final MLR submission. You'll also provide guidance and mentorship to more junior writers.
What You'll Do

• Translate complex clinical, economic, HEOR/RWE, and market access information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging

• Partner closely with Art to concept and execute integrated creative work
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account, Editorial, Project Management, and other agency disciplines
• Present creative work and rationale to internal teams and clients and participate actively in client discussions
• Own manuscripts through the review process, including referencing, annotation, revisions, and preparation for MLR submission
• Ensure scientific and factual accuracy while maintaining the integrity of the creative idea and brand strategy

• Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and data-driven information
• Experience working collaboratively with Art Directors and multidisciplinary agency teams
• Comfortable presenting work and interacting directly with clients
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and MLR processes, including referencing and annotation
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior writers is a plusTBD

Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
