What's in it for you:The Control Systems Engineer role is a high-profile position with overall technical responsibility for developing high quality controls and software products. The Control Systems Engineer will work to define system designs, interfaces, and architectures for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) embedded controllers, user interfaces, and digital interfaces. In addition, the role effectively communicate technical direction to senior management, engineering teams, product management, project management, operations, and others.
What you will do:- Provide technical leadership for new product development projects.
- Own requirements management in all phases of the product development life cycle.
- Establish system architecture and perform system level design and decomposition into requirements.
- Evaluate trade-offs between possible solution approaches.
- Lead independent design reviews and similar technical reviews.
- Participate in failure investigation and resolution.
What you will bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an Engineering discipline
- 4+ years experience supporting system and subsystem product designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
- Proven success in helping conduct new technology and new product development projects to improve the function, reliability, or cost of products and components.
