Top 3 Things to Deliver in the First Year to Be a Hero:- Master Building Controls Systems: Develop proficiency in key areas of building controls, including pneumatic, electronic, energy management systems, lighting control systems, computerized control systems, and communication networks.
- Develop and Implement Software Solutions: Gain the ability to write and implement software code that aligns with project scopes, specifications, and functional requirements.
- Ensure System Performance and Quality: Conduct thorough testing of mechanical equipment and control system components, documenting results and promptly resolving any issues to ensure optimal system functionality.

BenefitsCompensation- Controls Specialist: $85,000 - $111,000 annually with company vehicle
- Senior Controls Specialist: $116,000 - $151,000 annually with company vehicle
